Services - A Brief Overview

Industrial Cleaning and Maintenance:

All scheduled cleaning is customized to meet the specific needs of the customer. General cleaning includes, but is not limited to dusting office equipment, dusting window sills, picture frames, computer monitors, bookshelves.

We vacuum all carpets and area rugs and mop floors. Disinfect counters, organize furniture and magazines. Clean sinks, empty paper shredders and paper waste cans.

In bathroom we clean all surfaces. We fill paper and soap dispensers and by request, we buy what ever you need.

We can also provide maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, toilet seat repairs, cleaning air vents and window washing as a part of service agreement if needed.

Pricing varies according to the particular needs of each customer.

Hard floor care:

With any floor waxing process, proper stripping of old wax and cleaning is essential. The floor must be clean and the surface neutralized so the wax will look smooth and adhere properly. We use best well known products like Johnson high quality wax and other professional products.

Pricing varies according to the particular needs of each customer.

• Hard floor care; stripping and/or scrubbing and/or waxing $0.25 - $0.69 / square foot

• Price vary based on size of floor area and condition and material of the floor and other factors. We don't wax concrete, ceramic, rubber or other non-wax flooring. Please refer to manufacturer's recommendations.

• Stripping and waxing minimum charge $200.00
